Do you clean offices and commercial premises?
Yes. Tell us about your premises and schedule and we will put together a tailored cleaning programme and quote.
Can you clean outside normal business hours?
Yes. Evening, early-morning and weekend cleaning can be arranged so your business is not disrupted.
How do I get a price?
Use Request a Quote. Prices depend on the size of the space, the type of clean and how often you need it, so we confirm every quote in writing before any work starts.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Ely and cover Waterbeach, Cambridge and the wider Cambridgeshire area. If you are further away, ask us and we will confirm.
Do you offer end of tenancy cleaning?
Yes. We clean for tenants moving out, landlords and letting agents preparing a property for new occupants.
Do I need to sign a long contract?
No. One-off cleans are welcome, and regular cleaning can be arranged without a fixed long-term contract. Commercial programmes are agreed with you in writing.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
We discuss this when we quote. If you would like us to use particular products, or you have materials on site you prefer, just let us know.
Do I need to be at home during the clean?
No, as long as we agree safe access in advance. Many customers prefer to be out, and some like to be there for the first visit.
Can I send photos with my enquiry?
Yes. The quote form lets you attach up to five photos. They help us understand the job and are stored privately.
How quickly will you reply?
We aim to reply within one working day. If your request is urgent, call or send a WhatsApp message.
What if I am not happy with a clean?
Tell us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, and we will look into it and put things right where we can. Our Complaints and feedback page explains the steps.
What happens to the information I send?
We use it only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide the service. Our Privacy Notice explains how long we keep it and your rights.
